As People Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle - including onboarding, changes, parental leave, offboarding, benefits administration, visas, and maintaining accurate HRIS data. You will also support wellbeing initiatives, manage relationships with key suppliers, keep People information in Notion up to date, and identify opportunities to improve processes as we scale.

What you’ll achieve
- Ensure every employee's journey, from hiring through to offboarding, is smooth, professional, and consistently high-quality.
- Maintain the highest level of data integrity within our HRIS, directly enabling accurate reporting and operational excellence for the People Team and wider business.
- Own and manage the administrative and documentation processes for starters, leavers, internal changes, and parental leave, ensuring full compliance and a positive experience.
- Coordinate and administer all employee benefits and visa/right-to-work processes, serving as the key liaison with external providers.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to People processes and documentation to drive efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
- Provide timely, helpful support as the first point of contact for employee queries, building trust and ensuring the team feels supported.
About you
- Previous experience in an HR coordination or administration role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- A naturally warm, helpful, and professional communication style.
- Highly organised, proactive, and reliable.
- High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information, alongside good judgement and critical thinking.
Great to haves
- Previous experience supporting key administrative processes such as visa administration or managing benefit updates.
- A proven track record of spotting opportunities to improve existing processes and successfully suggesting practical solutions.

- This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 2-3 days a week in the office)
