Blanca’s journey went from Admin to Architect. She is a DevOps Advocate, a Salesforce Well-Architected Ambassador, and leads the way by empowering women and newcomers to dive into the DevOps space. She is so passionate about DevOps and breaking down barriers, she co-founded the Women in DevOps Book Club (more like a support group). Blanca helps lead RAD Women, on a mission to close the gender and diversity gaps in tech.

Jeb is a 10 year veteran on Salesforce. Shortly after graduating with his Bachelors in Management Information Systems, he was introduced to Salesforce in 2013 while responsible for managing integration partners on a new org for the company he was working for. By 2016, Jeb started a Consulting Firm building custom integrations, products and buildouts. Currently, he manages a Salesforce solutioning team consisting of 11 Admins. He believes communication is the ultimate tool for solving problems and fosters an environment of engagement, comradery, and fulfillment.

Matias was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and traveled a lot through his infancy due to his father’s job eventually settling in Atlanta, GA for four years at the age of 6, then over to Madrid, Spain for another 4 years before heading back to Atlanta. He graduated with a degree in Comp Sci and took an internship at the Coca-Cola Salesforce COE that was just being implemented as a developer where he has worked till this day, performing every role imaginable in the Salesforce ecosystem and getting to implement the majority of their cloud products.

Monica is a Solutions Architect on Fusion Risk Management's Professional Services Technical Architecture team, specializing in configuration and security best practices and low-code scalable solutions. She started out as a Salesforce Admin in 2017, and is now a certified Salesforce Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer, Sharing and Visibility Architect and a 2x Trailhead Ranger. She spoke about the importance of source control within Salesforce development at the first DevOps Dreamin’. She's currently based in Chicago, IL and outside of work, Monica enjoys art, music, and getting outdoors on her bike or traveling to National Parks.

Ray is from New Jersey, United States. He’s been working with the Salesforce platform for about 12 years, and has implemented DevOps with Gearset for about 6 years. He’s worked on Salesforce instances large and small as well as solutions both on and off the Salesforce platform (including integrations and solutions built on AWS). When Ray is not behind the keyboard, he’s usually spending time with his partner and children adventuring across the greater Northeast US, riding his bike wherever he can, or playing some sort of video game.

As SFDC architect, he has rolled out the Enterprise Patterns (aka fflib) into every org he has worked on. Since 2017, he has provided countless Gearset product feedback items and participates in most Gearset pilot programs.
