There's so much value in Salesforce DevOps. I wonder how I ever did without it during my time as a Salesforce dev, because a a good DevOps process will deliver benefits to both the technical teams and the business as a whole. So you've got the visibility of changes. So, you know, who changed what, when they changed it, and by whom. And that's absolutely vital in a lot of organizations, especially, like, regulated ones such as financial services, which I've worked with a lot. Repeatable processes from DevOps allows you to package once and deploy many times across all your different environments as you move from dev to test to reduction.

And then source control, as you've touched upon just a moment ago, even in its most lightweight form, can serve as, like, a useful backup mechanism for your changes.

And then you layer automation into that, and it magnifies the benefits of the rest of your DevOps process. So there's less time spent deploying, which means more time spent delivering your changes to your business and ultimately to your customers.
