My name's Hannah Hodgkins. I'm the head of delivery at Performa. And my role ultimately is to ensure that we keep our promises to our customers. So I ensure that our projects are delivered to high quality, they're on time, and they're in budget.

In order to do that, we work really closely with Gearset. So we are one of the Salesforce partners that also partner with Gearset. We have a long history with them, and we've been working with them for many years. They help us increase our deployment velocity, make sure that our deployments are more successful.

And if there is an issue and we do need to roll back, those rollbacks are done very quickly with no detriment to the client.

We use Gearset at Performer because they're our one stop shop for everything DevOps processes. They have everything within their suite of products that we need to have our internal DevOps processes running smoothly, but we also use them for our client work as well. Gearset are happy to work collaboratively with us if there are any issues, so we know we've got support whenever we need it should there be any issues or concerns that we've got. They're also continuously innovating and developing their product, so we know that we're at the cutting edge of DevOps technology at all times.

It gives us confidence that when we work with Gearset, we know that we're getting a good product, we know we've got support, and we know that we're using the best there is out there. We recommend Gearset to our clients at Performa because with Gearset, they can meet our customers wherever they are on their DevOps journey. We know that they'll work collaboratively with our customers to make sure that they understand their business processes, understand where they're at at the moment, and then work with them to put in the right processes for their stage of the journey. They'll also then work with them continuously to make sure that they keep developing and maturing their DevOps processes.

A great example of that is the DPD project that they are currently working on, getting DPD to the next phase of maturity in their DevOps lifecycle. Gearset also offer enablement sessions, so they make sure that their customers feel really confident with the new tech that they've got, which means that they can see the benefits more quickly.
