Gearset is the leading dev ops provider for teams that are making changes and releasing them in the Salesforce.

Gearset works with essentially any company that uses Salesforce. We have thousands of different customers across the world from small mom and pop shops to some big fortune five hundred companies.

Gearset found big growth in the UK and it's gotten to the point now where they want to start to branch off into the US and really grow in the same fashion that they've had in the UK.

The US really is the biggest market for us. It also has a really vibrant tech sector. From that aspect, it gave us an opportunity to find some awesome candidates here as well.

We found a bunch of people who were super smart, but they were also really proactive and pragmatic.

One of the things that's really important to us is trust. It means you can give people a lot of autonomy and responsibilities, and that means that people can come in and really flourish at Gearset.

It's very obvious when you work in the US office how important you are to the overall business. Even though I'm in the US, sometimes I feel like I'm in the UK with the engagements that I have with the folks over there and the support they give me.

The structure here makes me feel really valued, and I think that is something that really sets Gearset apart.

You know, you have an executive team, but it doesn't really feel like they're superior to you. We don't want any management for management's sake. We really want a direct line of communication.

We want the best ideas, not ideas from people in position of greatest authority.

There really is this paradigm of listening to the customer, implementing what the customer wants, that's why we're so successful in the market.

I've worked with larger companies. I've worked with smaller companies and Gearset's culture is by far the best that I've ever come across.

What would I say to folks who are considering applying to Gearset? I think the main thing is just talk to us, so you can ask any questions you've got and figure out whether we're the right type of company for you.

I know you can be apprehensive when you're thinking about making a career change. But I decided to make the jump, I did, and I've I've never looked back.

I really feel like this is a place that you can land, put in some roots, and really grow with the team, especially now, especially in the Chicago office, it's a great time to join.

As long as you're smart, as long as you're hungry and proactive, I think you'll do really, really well at Gearset.
