We’re incredibly excited because The Future of Salesforce DevOps is now upon us! In just two weeks’ time, we’ll be hosting the live industry summit on March 25th. This is your chance to hear inspiring talks from a star-studded lineup of community leaders and to take part in live Q&As with DevOps experts. If you haven’t already, be sure to register for the event to find out what the future holds for DevOps on the Salesforce platform.
The half-day event will kick off with opening remarks from the legendary Ben McCarthy, of Salesforce Ben fame, and our very own Kevin Boyle, CEO of Gearset.
Largest ever survey on Salesforce DevOps
In his keynote address, Kevin will dive deep into the findings of Gearset’s State of Salesforce DevOps 2021 survey to highlight current trends, future predictions and the impressive results of DevOps adoption by Salesforce teams around the world. In 2021, Salesforce DevOps entered a new era, with more and more teams adopting new tools and ways of managing releases on the platform. The survey is now the largest of its kind, so thank you again to everyone who took part!
Building a DevOps culture in the Salesforce ecosystem
As one of the highlights of the summit, Dan Appleman, CTO and Co-Founder of Full Circle Insights, will draw on his extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to set out the challenges of building a DevOps culture among Salesforce teams. Dan is a hugely experienced Salesforce MVP, regular speaker at Salesforce conferences, and author of Advanced Apex Programming for Salesforce. We can’t wait to hear what Dan has to say about this important area of DevOps practice!
A DevOps success story with McKesson
Next up, Jason Gerstenberger, Principal Architect in McKesson’s Integration Engineering group, will share a DevOps success story, together with Frank Short, Enterprise Account Executive at Gearset. The pair will tell us how McKesson’s Salesforce teams increased their DevOps maturity by adopting a source-driven development model. We look forward to hearing their insights into how it’s done right, so that others can learn from McKesson’s achievement and take their process to the next level.
