After a whirlwind few days, the Gearset team is back from the epic-ness that was TrailheaDX ‘18, the biggest Salesforce developer conference in the world. Between the 11,000 miles travelled, hundreds of product demos and two hugely popular presentations, the team had a very tiring, but rewarding few days!
Between March 28-29, thousands of Salesforce developers and admins flocked to San Francisco to learn from leading Salesforce engineers, get hands-on with the latest Salesforce product innovations and meet fellow trailblazers at TrailheaDX, the conference built for Salesforce developers.
Dressed in our trademark orange shirts, the Gearset team spent two fun-filled days at our sponsor booth meeting eager attendees and chatting to existing customers. Through hundreds of product demos and release management consultations, we showed developers, admins and architects alike how they can simplify their Salesforce release management with Gearset, demonstrating some of our key features and showcasing our latest updates like fully configurable static code analysis, Salesforce DX support and easy data deployments.
Our talks at TrailheaDX ’18
As well as our booth, Gearset had the pleasure of delivering two presentations this year at TrailheaDX. The Sunset Theater was overflowing for Jason Mann, our Customer Success Officer, as he took the audience on a tour of the 10 principles of modern release management, covering everything that’s needed to deliver agile deployments, from continuous integration to code analysis.
A few hours later, CEO Kevin Boyle delivered an exciting session on a practical guide to git-based development, exploring branch management, continuous integration and everything in-between.
