Sales Manager - SDR

A full-time hybrid role in Cambridge, UK

On the front lines of our sales org, you’ll support a team with exposure to thousands of companies, all striving to improve their DevOps processes. Working closely with folks in the earlier stages of their SaaS sales career, you’ll see the difference the coaching and training you deliver makes every day, and have a measurable impact on the success of the business.

What’s the opportunity for a Sales Manager - SDR at Gearset?

  • You'll have the chance to shape the SDR team, being responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing a dynamic team
  • Work with external training partners Sandler to deliver industry leading training and enablement for your team
  • With the best tools and tech, such as Sales Navigator, Salesloft, LeadIQ and more you’ll own the tech stack for your team, with the option to expand.
  • You'll own and develop a multi-channel approach to outreach, which means no two days are the same. You'll be able to showcase Gearset's technical solutions to solve customer pains.
  • Build a sales team which thrives on competitive collaboration to ensure success for everyone.

  • Collaborate and learn from team members across the business to expand your sales ability, technical knowledge and management prowess.

  • Influence Gearset’s go-to-market strategy by sharing prospect feedback and insights with the leadership team, to ensure we’re continuing to build a world-class organisation.

Salary and benefits (the stuff you'd expect)

  • Base salary of £65-70k with OTE £75-85k (depending on experience)
  • This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 3-4 days a week in the office)
