Gearset Swag Promotion Dreamforce 2026 – Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion. One entry per person, per email address. By entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not enter the promotion.
2. The promotion will be open to enter at the Gearset stand at the Dreamforce Conference between 15th – 17th September 2026.
3. To enter the competition, you need to (i) attend the stand and, (ii) use the tablet or other material provided to provide the requested information.
4. Participants will use the tablet or laptop provided (which may utilize mechanisms such as a digital scratch card, prize wheel, or similar) to determine their outcome. All participants will receive an item (a ‘prize’) for participating, subject to availability while stocks last and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Items will be provided directly at the stand at the time of entry. No further notification will be sent via email or post regarding prize fulfillment.
6. Prizes are subject to availability and are limited to one item per person. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to (i) replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value; (ii) refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions; and (iii) void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.  The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.  Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 
10. The promotion and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
