The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. One entry per person, per email address. By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not enter the prize draw.
To enter the prize draw, you need either (i) to properly complete and submit the Gearset CPQ Deployments Survey 2023 via https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/QJ6DS27; or (ii) to send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “CPQ Deployments Survey 2023 Prize Draw”, in each case providing your full name, company name, country of residence and a valid email address.
Entries must be received between 00:00 GMT on 1st May 2023 and 23:59 GMT on 30th June 2023. Entries received outside this time will not be counted.
A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 4th July 2023 (“Draw Date”). Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the Draw Date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified to confirm acceptance of their prize, then their prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The winner will receive an Amazon Gift Card worth $150 (or local currency equivalent) which will be sent by email, to the email address provided, within 7 days of confirming acceptance. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter will send the surname and country of the winner, and evidence of their winning entry, to anyone who requests the details by email to [email protected] or by post to CPQ Deployment Survey 2023 Prize Draw, Gearset Limited, The Bradfield Centre, Cambridge Science Park Road, Cambridge, United Kingdom, CB4 0GA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Draw Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email to [email protected]. The Promoter may still provide the information to any relevant authorities or regulators on request.
The Promoter reserves the right to (i) replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value; (ii) refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions; and (iii) void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
The prize draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
